No Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued if a sealed box or pack has been opened.
Returns are only accepted if the item is received in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
If an item is returned in an opened or damaged condition, no refund will be provided.
If you receive the wrong item, you must return it before the correct item is shipped.
Mystery bags are non-refundable unless the incorrect item was sent.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility once they are shipped. Please contact the carrier for resolution.

Product Condition

When purchasing single Pokémon cards, condition may vary unless they are graded.
Graded cards are certified by third-party grading companies; the slab (case) condition may vary and is not guaranteed to be flawless.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any injuries, cuts, or accidents that may occur while opening products purchased from us.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that opening trading cards involves physical activity that carries inherent risks.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse

Any attempt to exploit our policies or engage in fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation and potential legal action.
If a dispute is filed without proper grounds, we reserve the right to ban you from future purchases.
